Warm Beet Dip

Ingredients For This Recipe

  • 2 cup Beets (peeled, small dice)
  • ¾ cup Water (to cook beets)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • ½ tsp Cumin
  • Kosher Salt (to taste)
  • Garnish
  • Micro Greens (to taste, optional)


  1. Cut the Beets and place it into the Casserole with the Water.
  2. Bring to a boil on medium-high.
  3. Lower the heat to low and place the lid on.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes or until beets are soft.
  5. Let it cool down a bit and transfer to the Blender with the rest of the ingredients.
  6. Blend on high until smooth or leave it chunky if you’d like.
  7. Transfer it back into the Casserole.
  8. Let the dip cool down or enjoy it warm and Garnish.
  9. Serve and Enjoy!
