Ingredients For This Recipe

  • ½ cup cold water
  • 1 .25 oz packet gelatin
  • 2 12 oz cans tuna, drained
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Zest of 2 limes
  • ¼ cup cilantro, minced
  • ¼ cup chives, minced
  • Kosher salt

Preparation

  1. Add water to a bowl, sprinkle gelatin, mix and let gelatin bloom.
  2. Add tuna to another bowl and blend with the Power Blender Go on high until pureed.
  3. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, gelatin and salt to taste; blend on high until well incorporated.
  4. Mix in shallots, garlic, zest, cilantro and chives; adjust seasoning with salt, if needed.
  5. Plate, garnish and serve with toasted baguette.
