Syrup with Strawberry Ice Cream Parfait

Ingredients For This Recipe

Nestle^® Abuelita^® Chocolate Syrup, to taste
½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced
Strawberry ice cream
2 lbs frozen strawberries
½ cup Nestle^® La Lechera^® sweetened condensed milk
Garnish
Whipped cream
Pecans, chopped
Nestle^® Abuelita^® chocolate syrup

Preparation

Mix frozen strawberries and condensed milk in a bowl until strawberries are coated.
Using the ice cream strainer, pass the mixture through, letting the strawberry ice cream fall into a mixing bowl.
Cover and place in the freezer until ready to use.
Assemble your parfait by placing the Abuelita® syrup in the bottom of the glass of your choice.
Place a few slices of strawberry, a scoop of strawberry ice cream, more strawberry slices.
Serve, garnish and enjoy.
