Ingredients For This Recipe

  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • ¼ white onion, minced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 12 large scallops
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • Kosher salt

  • 2 bunch watercress
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Kosher salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

  1. Combine salad ingredients in bowl. Mix well. Set aside.
  2. Lightly coat skillet surface with oil. Preheat for 30 seconds over medium heat.
  3. Add scallops and cook until seared. Flip and cook another 2 minutes. Transfer to plate.
  4. Add onion, garlic, grapes and lime juice. Mix well. Cook for 2 minutes. Plate and garnish.
