Ingredients For This Recipe

  • 15 oz pork chorizo
  • 4 cups cooked pinto beans
  • One 7 ¾ oz can Mexican style hot tomato sauce
  • Kosher Salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat Dutch Oven over medium high for 3 minutes.
  2. Add chorizo and cook for 3 minutes with lid ajar.
  3. Break down chorizo and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add beans and tomato sauce.
  5. Using the Power Blender Go, process until pureed.
  6. If needed, adjust seasoning with salt to taste.
  7. Turn the heat to medium and cook for another 5 minutes.
  8. Plate and Garnish.
