Ingredients For This Recipe

  • 1 piece parchment paper
  • Raspberries, to taste
  • Raspberry jam/jelly, to taste

  • Granola
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • ½ cup agave syrup
  • ¼ cup Abuelita® granulated drink mix
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  •  
  • Whipped Cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  •  
  • Garnish
  • Raspberries
  • Abuelita® granulated drink mix, sprinkle

Preparation

  1. Preheat the skillet, add coconut oil and agave syrup, allow to melt and mix.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients for the granola, mix and cook.
  3. Turn off the heat and transfer the granola to a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread evenly and let cool completely.
  5. Place all the cream ingredients in the mixer bowl.
  6. Blend on medium speed until you obtain a thick consistency.
  7. Assemble your parfait by layering raspberry, whipped cream, granola, jam and repeat.
  8. Serve, garnish and enjoy.
