Ingredients For This Recipe

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Chocolate Chip Cookies
  • Baking oil spray

  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Chocolate syrup drizzle

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine softened butter, brown sugar and white sugar in bowl and mix until combined.
  3. Add eggs, vanilla extract and salt. Mix until combined.
  4. Add flour and baking soda. Mix to combine. Fold in chocolate chips. Reserve.
  5. Grease casserole and evenly spread ¼ of the cookie dough.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Chef’s Note: Save remaining cookie dough to make 3 more pizookies.
  8. Serve hot and garnish.
