Ingredients For This Recipe

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup granulated piloncillo or brown sugar
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 1 ½ cup oats
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup diced peaches
  • Garnish
  • Sliced Peaches
  • Cinnamon Powder
  • Agave Syrup


  1. In saucepan, combine water, cinnamon, vanilla, sugar and salt. Cover with Redi-Temp™ valve open. Turn heat to medium high and wait until valve whistles.
  2. Add oats and mix well. Reduce heat to low. Close valve and cook while stirring periodically until oats are soft. Mix in cream. Cook uncovered for one minute.
  3. Turn heat off. Add peaches. Mix well. Plate and garnish.
