Dulce de Leche Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients For This Recipe

  • 1 cup dulce de leche
  • 500 gr. milk chocolate chips
  • 200 gr. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp cognac (optional)
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 3 tbsp corn starch
  • ½ cup cold whole milk


  1. Place saucepan on the Royal Prestige® Precision Cook.
  2. Using the scale function, weigh your chocolate.
  3. Switch to cooking by temperature in Fahrenheit function and turn heat to 250°F.
  4. Melt chocolate and mix periodically to avoid burning.
  5. Once chocolate has fully melted, slowly mix in heavy cream, whole milk, vanilla extract and salt; bring up to simmer.
  6. Add dulce de leche and mix to incorporate.
  7. In mixing bowl, combine corn starch and ½ cup cold whole milk; slowly pour into chocolate while mixing.
  8. Turn heat to 325°F and heat until chocolate fondue thickens.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy with your choice of dippers.
