Ingredients For This Recipe

  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, in matchsticks
  • 1 cup green cabbage, fine julienne
  • 1 red bell pepper, julienne
  • 2 cups cooked vermicelli noodles
  •  
  • Chicken Filling
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • ½ knob peeled ginger, minced
  • ¼ white onion, minced
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  •  
  • Garnish
  • Cilantro
  • Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • Sriracha
  •  

Preparation

  1. Preheat skillet over medium high for 3 minutes.
  2. Add ground chicken and cook for 5 minutes with lid ajar.
  3. Break down chicken; mix in remaining filling ingredients.
  4. Reduce heat to low, cover with Redi-Temp™ valve closed and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Transfer to mixing bowl; cool down completely.
  6. Divide sweet chili sauce and ground chicken evenly among jars.
  7. Add carrots, cucumbers, cabbage, bell peppers and noodles to each jar.
  8. Close jars and refrigerate. When ready to eat, shake jar to mix well.
