  • 1 cup yukon gold potatoes, small dice
  • ½ tbsp Maggi® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 1/3 cup roma tomatoes, small dice
  • ½ cup refried beans
  • Two 10-inch flour tortillas, burrito size
  • ¼ cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • Garnish
  • Salsa, your choice


  1. Beat eggs until frothy.
  2. Spray the frying pan with oil and preheat for 30 seconds over medium heat.
  3. Add the potatoes and season with the chicken bouillon.
  4. Cook until the potatoes are cooked, add the tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Lower the heat to medium-low, add the eggs and cook until they are cooked.
  6. Heat the tortillas over medium heat and assemble the burritos.
  7. Place the beans with the cheese and eggs and roll them up.
  8. Serve, garnish and enjoy.
