Ingredients For This Recipe

  • 1/3 cup yellow popcorn kernels
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 14 oz condensed milk
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate sprinkles
  • Original Popcorn
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1/3 cup yellow popcorn kernels


  1. In a 10.5” skillet over low heat, melt butter; add condensed milk and cocoa powder.
  2. Stir continuously until you can see the bottom of the pot for 2-3 seconds when dragging a spatula over the surface.
  3. Pour in a greased pan or plate; chill for 30 minutes.
  4. Shape and roll chilled mixture into balls; set aside.
  5. Place Perfect Pop lid on Dutch oven; set over medium high heat.
  6. Remove lid; add oil and kernels. Cover and slowly turn knob continuously to the left or right for about 7 minutes or until kernels have fully popped.
  7. Turn off heat and remove Dutch oven from stove.
  8. Add brigadeiro balls while turning the handle until all brigadeiro balls are evenly mixed. Serve in a bowl, garnished with chocolate sprinkles.
