Ingredients For This Recipe

  • 14 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 6 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Garnish
  • 1 Tbs cilantro, about 3 cilantro leaves


  1. Reserve 2oz of each cheese and bacon for garnish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together sour cream, 5 oz bacon, cream cheese, 5 oz mozzarella cheese and 5 oz cheddar cheese until thoroughly combined.
  3. Spoon mixture into casserole and cook on med low heat until the dip is bubbling 12 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle some cheese and bacon on top, turn off the heat, cover with the lead until the cheese is melted.
  5. Before serving garnish.
