  • To enter, you must complete this Entry Ticket and mail it in prior to December 31, 2010. Drawings are held on or about July 4th and December 31st each year during the promotion. Your Entry Ticket will be included only in the drawing occurring immediately after we receive your Entry Ticket (if received at least 3 business days prior to such date.)
